I’ve been in your shoes. I know the pressure, the hustle, the burnout.

Before I was a therapist, I spent 15 years building and scaling companies in the tech and startup world. I know the grind, the impossible expectations, the moving goal posts and the mental health sacrifices that go unspoken. I understand what it’s like to chase the next big thing, raise money, lead teams, push past exhaustion and feel like you’re losing yourself in the process.

Stepping out of that grind wasn’t easy. But through my own deep work, including a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health and advanced training in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy, I rebuilt my life and career around what matters most to me: presence, clarity, and meaning.

Today, I help men just like you slow down, recalibrate, and build lives that feel as good on the inside as they look on paper.

About Me

I am a dual citizen of Peru and the United States, born in Peru and raised in the U.S. Over the past 15 years, I have built a career as an entrepreneur in tech and marketing, serving as both a founder and head of marketing. My journey includes raising venture capital and leading a company through Techstars, one of the most acclaimed startup accelerators. This extensive experience has shown me how easily one’s identity can become entwined with work and the challenges of achieving a balanced life.

I’ve lived around the world, with Medellin, Colombia, and Florianopolis, Brazil being my favorite places. These global experiences have given me a deep appreciation for diverse cultures, which I integrate into my work. I firmly believe in the power of habits, living by the mantra “you are what you repeatedly do.” My morning routine is a cherished part of my day, and I find joy in spending time in nature. I am also deeply passionate about researching psychedelics and their potential in mental health.

In my free time, I love to paddleboard and disconnect by immersing myself in nature. I enjoy spending quality time with my fiancé and our dog, as well as with friends and family here in Colorado. I am passionate about traveling, exploring new countries, and experiencing diverse cultures and perspectives.

My life philosophy revolves around achieving equanimity, both internally and externally. This balance is essential for personal well-being and is something I strive to incorporate into all aspects of my life and work.
