You’re performing at a high level. But the stress is leaking into your sleep, your relationships, and how you feel about yourself. I help men in high-pressure careers cut through the noise and get steady again.

You Don’t Need to Be in Crisis to Need Support
Most of the men I work with aren’t falling apart. From the outside, things look fine. But inside, something’s off. Here’s what I hear most often:
“I’m successful but I don’t enjoy any of it.”
“I snap at my partner over nothing and I don’t know why.”
“I’m always on edge… anxious, grinding, never present.”
“Work is my whole identity and I don’t know who I am outside of it.”
“I feel numb. I’m going through the motions.”
“I’m snapping at people I care about and I don’t know how to stop.”
“AI is changing everything and I don’t know where I fit anymore.”
If any of that sounds familiar, you’re not broken. You just need a space to work through it with someone who gets it.
Here’s How It Works
Step 1: Free 15-Minute Call
We’ll talk for 15 minutes. You tell me what’s going on, I’ll tell you how I work, and we’ll both decide if it’s a fit. No sales pitch. No commitment.
Step 2: First Session
If we move forward, we’ll meet weekly for 50 minute sessions in-person in Denver or online anywhere in Colorado. I’ll get to know your situation and we’ll build a game plan together.
Step 3: Real Work, Real Progress
This isn’t “so how does that make you feel?” on a loop. We’ll use evidence-based approaches like ACT and IFS to target what’s actually holding you back. Most men I work with start noticing shifts within the first few weeks. Starting this summer, I’ll also be offering EMDR Therapy.
$150 per session · Private pay only · No insurance
I keep my practice private-pay so I can focus 100% on you and not on insurance company paperwork or session limits. I can provide a superbill if your plan offers out-of-network reimbursement.

What Men Are Saying
Meet Jeff
I get it because I’ve lived it.
I spent a decade in tech, marketing, and startup leadership before becoming a therapist. I’ve raised venture capital, led a company through Techstars, and sat in rooms where the pressure never turns off.
I know what it’s like when your identity gets wrapped up in your work. When you’re performing for everyone else and running on empty. When you can’t turn off the noise at night.
That’s why I built Wave Therapy specifically for men in high-pressure careers. I’m not going to ask you to journal about your childhood for six months. We’re going to talk about what’s actually going on, the stress, the relationships, the identity questions, the career pressure and build a way through it together.
Fifteen minutes. That’s all it takes to find out if this is the right move for you.
I’ve sat where you’re sitting. Let’s talk.
-
Absolutely. Most of the men I work with are new to therapy. The 15-minute call is specifically so you can ask questions and see if it feels right before committing.
-
I’m private pay only ($150/session). This means no insurance company dictating how many sessions you get or what we can work on. I can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
-
Both work. In-person sessions are in Denver. Online sessions are available anywhere in Colorado via secure video. Most of my clients do a mix of both.
-
It depends on what you’re working through. Some men find clarity in 2-3 months. Others stay longer because they value the space. There’s no minimum commitment and you can stop anytime.
-
That’s exactly what the free 15-minute call is for. We’ll talk, and if therapy isn’t the right fit, I’ll tell you. No pitch, no guilt.
